I offer friendly, practical training designed to give your managers and team leaders the skills and confidence to handle people matters well. Whether they’re been at it a while or are brand new to the role, everyone will leave having learnt something new, and with a better grasp on managing your people.

I’m a firm believer that training shouldn’t be a dull, box-ticking exercise that leaves everyone watching the clock. Every session is tailored to your business, backed up by real-world examples, and designed to be interactive and engaging. Sessions can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups, either in person or online — whatever suits your business best. I can also make it interactive and informal, or more structured if that suits your team better. During training I’ll create a safe, supportive space where your managers can ask questions, discuss real scenarios, and practise new approaches without fear of “getting it wrong.”

My training style is I keep things jargon-free and down-to-earth, explaining what the law says and what that means in practice. I’ll explain the legal side of things in plain English and show how it applies in everyday situations. The goal is always to help your managers feel confident, capable, and clear on what’s expected of them.
