If you don’t want the cost of an additional fixed head in your business, but find yourself often needing help with anything from a quick HR question, Employment contracts, HR project support or general HR advice, then let’s see how we can work together.
Working on a retained basis, you decide how many hours of support you need each month and in return I will provide you with outsourced HR support and advice.
Pay As You Go
When running a business with employees, there will often be times when all you need is to check in with an expert and ask a quick question or seek specific advice on a current situation. Helix HR can help with this too via the Pay As You Go option. This HR support will be provided either by, phone, email or online meetings.

I can offer all levels of support from help with job descriptions and advertisement creation through to a full recruitment service ending with a shortlist of screened candidates for you to meet. If you like, I can also provide all the necessary documentation to get your new employee up and running and also carry out on-boarding if you need that too.
